The integration with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) lets Brazilian sellers manage their Amazon operations from a single place, automating processes and ensuring compliance with Brazilian tax law.

What we access from the SP-API

    Recipient name, address, and phone — used only to issue the NF-e (tax invoice) and ship the order

Name, address, and postal code (CEP) to generate labels and enable tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties beyond those listed above.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect my Amazon Seller Central account?

Open the Integrations section in your Dogama dashboard, select Amazon, and follow the OAuth authorization flow. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

Does the integration work with Amazon FBA?

For now, Dogama only supports the MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) model, where you or your supplier ships the order. FBA support is on our roadmap.

How does NF-e issuance work for Amazon orders?

Dogama automatically issues the NF-e for each order, integrating with SEFAZ through your A1 digital certificate. The DANFE is sent to the customer automatically.

Can I use the Amazon integration on the free plan?

Yes! The Amazon integration is available on every plan, including the free one. The differences between plans are the number of integrations, listings, and commissions.
